Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • Salmon Fillets: Fresh Atlantic salmon or sockeye work best. Keep the skin on for easier cooking.
The Crust:
  • Parmesan Cheese: Grated (adds saltiness and crunch).
  • ​Garlic: Minced fresh (for punchy flavor).
  • Herbs: Chopped fresh parsley and dried oregano/thyme.
  • Olive Oil: To bind the crust together.
​Seasoning: Salt, Black Pepper, and a squeeze of Fresh Lemon to finish.

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Prep the Salmon
    Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towel. This ensures the topping sticks and the fish doesn't steam.
  2. Step 2: Make the Topping
    In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, grated parmesan, chopped herbs, and olive oil until it forms a paste-like consistency.
  3. Step 3: Spread & Air Fry
    Place a piece of parchment paper in your Air Fryer basket. Lay the salmon skin-side down. Spread the garlic-parmesan mixture generously over the top of each fillet.
  4. Step 4: Cook
    Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 7-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fillet. The top should be golden brown and the fish should flake easily with a fork.
